Something 2D

Something 2D means a flat visual, I am most certain that you are reading this in 2D, for your laptop or phone has a 2D display. what I would like to talk about most is 2D video games. in video games referring to them separately as 2D or 3D, it is not based on the device but on the game's visuals. for example, type into your search bar "Hollow Knight" to see an example of a 2D game. if you want to see an example of a 3D game then type into your search bar "Elden Ring" See the difference? the 2D games that I am the biggest fan of are Hollow Knight, Celeste, Undertale, and Tappers. 

Hollow Knight

Hollow Knight is a 2D sidescrolling platformer that is set in a large underground setting known simply as Hallownest. the goal of Hollow Knight is to traverse this landscape that is filled with bugs and magic two things that DEFINITELY go together and to stop an infection forcing friends to become foes and it is your job to snap them back to reality. slowly over the course of the game, you gather more ability to traverse making the map more and more accessible to the player, could you be able to do it all?

Celeste

Celeste is a 2D sidescrolling platformer that is set in Canada on Mt. Celeste where your main character, Madilyn is attempting to climb it all but very soon you discover this mountain has a way of taking the worst out of you and bringing it to life which is very clear when you find a twisted version of yourself whos job is to End you and you don't want that so you travel up the mountain every once in a while you will see your evil twin and they will attempt to stop you, could you make it up the mountain?

Undertale

Undertale is a 2D game that involves you, a Human, to traverse the underground, a place of dark creatures, and one creature Asgore ruling over it all. they need your soul to open the barrier and get to the human realm and reclaim it as their own. can you defeat Asgore?

Tappers

Tappers is a simple arcade game where you, a bartender of rootbeer, attempt to serve all of your regulars before they slide a glass back and you fail to catch it and it breaks and you lose how long can you last?
